Jack
Neil
Jack’s journey in the transport sector began the day he left school, first as a driver, then as a Transport Manager, and now a respected consultant. His hands-on understanding of fleet operations is matched by a strong record supporting operators through challenging compliance issues and Public Inquiries.
Neil’s roots are military, having served in the Royal Logistics Corps, before transitioning into the civilian transport world. From driver to Head of Transport overseeing multi-site operations across the UK, Neil knows the industry from every angle. He’s worked extensively with operators both before and after Public Inquiries, helping to build resilient, compliant operations.
Together, Jack and Neil are passionate about supporting operators at every level. Their down-to-earth, collaborative approach means they work closely with businesses to improve standards, reduce risk, and champion excellence in road transport compliance.

Shallan
Business Administrator
Shallan has recently joined us as Business
Administrator with a strong background in customer service and organisation. She is known for her friendly, approachable nature and her ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
With excellent organisational skills and a people-focused mindset, Shallan supports the team by ensuring processes are efficient and well-managed.
Outside of work, Shallan enjoys spending quality time with her family, making special memories with her little girl, and getting outdoors with her two dogs.
Frazer
Bureau Data Analyst
Frazer began his career in transport in 2008 after obtaining his Class C licence, starting out in multi-drop rigid vehicle operations. Shortly afterwards, he moved into an office-based role, initially covering long-term sickness. What began as a temporary position quickly developed into a full-time role, supporting the management of a supply chain network for a large international organisation.
This experience led to his progression into the role of Operations Controller, marking the start of his career in transport operations management. In 2017, he achieved the International Transport Manager’s CPC qualification and has since been named on two operator licences.
Outside of work, Frazer enjoys spending time with his family, watching his daughters grow up, and taking country walks with the family dog.
Adrian
Systems Development Manager (Associate)
Adrian began his journey in transport in 1990, spending sixteen years driving HGVs before deciding that sitting behind the wheel was not enough. In 2006, he moved into transport recruitment as an onsite coordinator, managing several accounts covering driver recruitment, training and the day-to-day running of staff.
In 2015, he gained his Transport Manager CPC certification and went on to take responsibility for transport operations across several businesses. He continued in that role until 2022, when he transitioned into his current position as Transport Training Manager.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, watching TV and films, and travelling, with a particular love for cruises.

Aaron
Web & Systems Developer
Aaron is a developer with a background in web development and publication design. He enjoys building practical, well-crafted websites and tools that are simple to use and easy to maintain.
Curious by nature, as a kid he would often be found taking things apart just to see how they work. That curiosity eventually led to creating mods and maps for video games.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, hiking in the Lakes, camping, coding, designing and playing video games, board games, card games and LEGO.
